DM 354  Diesel Locomotive  windshield inserts.  These are  clear casting resin  . The come as a Left Engineers side --  Right 
Fireman's side. They are designed to fit  O scale models fro OMI
F3  --- F0  A units.    E 3  --- E9 A units.
 
May be able to fit other models with timing  1 set.
